  1. Purpose

These General Terms of Service define the conditions of intervention, rights, and obligations between G.O.A.T. and its clients (individuals or professionals) concerning IT services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, training, consulting, on-site assistance at home or business, and website creation.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

Any order for services, whether made remotely, by phone, email, or in person, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms, which prevail over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Services and Limitations

Interventions are scheduled by appointment at times agreed with the client. G.O.A.T. commits to providing professional service but cannot be held liable for technical limitations related to hardware condition, software, or potential incompatibilities. Complex issues may require in-depth diagnostics or third-party intervention.

  1. Pricing and Payment

Prices are communicated prior to each intervention and may include travel fees. Payment is due at the end of the service via bank transfer, credit card, or cash unless otherwise agreed. Website creation or fixed-price services may require a prior quote and deposit.

  1. Warranty and Liability

G.O.A.T. will make every effort to resolve reported issues but is bound only by an obligation of means, not results. No warranty applies in cases of malicious acts, subsequent user errors, hardware failures, or third-party interventions after service. G.O.A.T.’s liability cannot exceed the amount charged for the service.

  1. Personal Data and Confidentiality

All client data (files, passwords, configurations) is handled with strict confidentiality. No content is stored without explicit authorization. The client is responsible for backing up data before any intervention unless explicit management is entrusted to G.O.A.T.

  1. Ownership of Deliverables

Websites created by G.O.A.T. become the property of the client upon full payment. However, G.O.A.T. reserves the right to discreetly include a credit such as “site created by G.O.A.T.” in the footer unless otherwise requested.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be charged. In cases of force majeure or intervention impossibility, G.O.A.T. will offer a free rescheduling.

  1. Complaints and Disputes

In case of dispute, clients may send complaints by email to informatique@goat.mc. Failing amicable resolution, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.
